As a Director of sales and marketing with MBR Publications Ltd, Margaret Brincat is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. She manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the Company. While performing the duties of her role, Margaret is regularly required to talk and hear. Specialising in high-profile interviews, Martin is widely credited as the architect of branding corporate interview in Malta. Martin is also CIM UK qualified and has built a reputation in the marketing, PR and advertising sectors, which is second to none, before acquiring academic distinction, becoming an acclaimed freelance and ghost writer for numerous overseas and local publications. Within each magazine or publication, the Company dedicates approximately 30-40% of the magazines pages for print advertisements which are sold on a monthly basis. The management has already hired two independent sales executives on full time basis that will sell advertising space (for both the print and online version of the magazines and all publications) to advertisers throughout Malta and also beyond. The business will also promote new advertising sales by partnering with major marketing and advertising firms that will place new advertisements within the Company.
